1. These terms and conditions govern your use of the “Website” (www.sanomd.com). Please read these Terms of Use carefully prior to accessing the Website, which is operated by SANOMD, LLC (“sanoMD”). 
2. By accessing or using the Website, you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of the Terms of Use, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Website.  
3. These Terms of Use are applicable to all the Website visitors including Medical Practitioners (“doctor” or “surgeon” or “physician”) and other Healthcare Providers.  If you proceed to access or use this website, you are agreeing to abide by these Terms of Use, without any limitations. 
4. SanoMD considers it important to protect your personal data and the Privacy Policy of sanoMD governs the manner in which this information is collected and utilized. By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you are also agreeing to the Privacy Policy of sanoMD.
5. SanoMD reserves the right to add, delete or modify the information on the Website without prior notification. Your continued usage of the Website after any changes to these Terms of Use will be deemed as acceptance of such changes. 
6. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Website, and by using the Website, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
    

No Medical Advice or Healthcare Recommendation

1. The content of the Website, such as text, graphics, images, information and other materials pertaining to healthcare is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as medical or healthcare advice. If you require information pertaining to any medical or health-related matter you should obtain the advice of a qualified medical practitioner.
2. SanoMD does not recommend or endorse any doctor, medical advice or healthcare recommendation. The website serves as an informational resource only. You should obtain the additional information necessary to make an informed choice of your Healthcare Provider. You are fully responsible for the choice of your Healthcare Provider whether or not the information pertaining to the provider was obtained from this Website. SanoMD and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and other associates disclaim all responsibility and liability for the choice of your Healthcare Provider and any advice or treatment rendered or any malpractice or other claims which may arise as a direct or indirect consequence of such services.

1. Unless otherwise stated, any and all intellectual property rights associated with The Website and its contents are the sole property of SANOMD, LLC and/or its licensors.
2. SanoMD and/or its licensors assert all proprietary rights in and to all names, trademarks contained on the Website. Notwithstanding the same, the name “sanoMD” is the trademark and copyright of SANOMD, LLC. 
3. Any use of sanoMD’s trademarks or copyright, unless authorized by way of a written agreement, will violate the Intellectual Property of SANOMD, LLC, and would constitute infringement of the said rights, and shall be actionable under the applicable laws.

1. You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from the website for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions set out below and elsewhere in these Terms of Use.

1. In these Terms of Use, “User Content” means material (including without limitation text, images, audio material, video material and audio-visual material) that you submit to this Website, for whatever purpose.
2. You grant to sanoMD a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute your user content in any existing or future media.  
3. Your user content must not be illegal or unlawful, must not infringe any third party's legal rights, and must not be capable of giving rise to legal action whether against you or sanoMD  or a third party (in each case under any applicable law).
4. You must not submit any user content to the Website that is or has ever been the subject of any threatened or actual legal proceedings or other similar complaint.
5. SanoMD reserves the right to edit or remove any material submitted to the Website, or stored on sanoMD’s servers, or hosted or published upon the Website.
6. Notwithstanding sanoMD’s rights under these Terms of Use in relation to user content, sanoMD does not undertake to monitor the submission of such content to, or the publication of such content on, the Website.
7. All communication with sanoMD will be deemed non-confidential and non-proprietary. SanoMD shall without obligation or limitation be free to use such information for the purpose of, including but not limited to manufacturing, developing, marketing and/ or advertising any products incorporating such information.

4. The use of the Website to verify the credentials of Healthcare Providers is expressly prohibited. The database of Healthcare Providers in this Website does not contain adequate information to validate the credentials of doctors as per the national standards of accreditation.
    

Disclaimer

1. SanoMD makes no representations about any results to be obtained from using the Website or its content and your use of the Website and its content is entirely at your own risk.
2. The use of the Website to verify the credentials of Healthcare Providers is expressly prohibited. The database of Healthcare Providers in this Website does not contain adequate information to validate the credentials of doctors as per the national standards of accreditation.
3. The Website and its information, services and content are provided on an "as is" basis. SanoMD and its licensors make no representations or warranties concerning the accuracy, completeness, reliability, security or timeliness of the content or services provided on or through the use of the Website. SanoMD accepts no liability for damage considered to arise from the content provided or omitted from this Website.
4. No information obtained by you from the Website shall create any warranty not expressly stated by sanoMD in these Terms of Use.
5. The content of this Website is for informational purposes only. For a specific medical or health-related query you should obtain professional advice from a medical practitioner.
    

Limitation of Liability

1. SanoMD will not be liable to you (under any applicable law) in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with the Website resulting in any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss including any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits or anticipated savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, loss of reputation or goodwill, or loss or corruption of information or data. 
2. You will not hold sanoMD responsible or liable for any claims of loss occurring as a consequence of events beyond our control including but not limited to mechanical or electronic failures, natural disasters or government regulations.
    

Termination

1. You agree that sanoMD at its sole discretion, may terminate or suspend your use of the Website at any time and for any or no reason at its sole discretion, even if access and use continues to be allowed to others. 
2. Upon such suspension or termination, you must immediately (a) discontinue your use of the Website, and (b) destroy any copies you may have made of any portion of its content.
3. Accessing the Website after such termination, suspension or discontinuation shall constitute an act of trespass. Furthermore, you agree that sanoMD shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any termination or suspension of your access to the Website.

Without prejudice to sanoMD’s other rights under these Terms of Use, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, sanoMD may take such action as sanoMD deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your internet protocol or IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the Website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.
2. If you provide information on the Website that is false, inaccurate, invalid or incomplete, sanoMD reserves the right to suspend your access to the Website including your accounts and other services. You will be solely responsible and liable for any claims of loss incurred as a consequence of such misrepresentation and agree to indemnify sanoMD and its associates from such claims.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1. These Terms of Use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the governing law of Republic of India, and any disputes relating to these Terms of Use will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
